An internet connection (via Wi-Fi, ethernet, etc.) is required to use MITA. The program’s minimum file sizes and audio/video compression mean that MITA runs smoothly on the most basic Mac and Windows computers using modest Wi-Fi setups or even smartphone hot spots.
